Your satisfaction is very important to us. Ernie's TV Sales & Service LTD’s sales professionals strive to provide the best service anywhere - period. We will do everything possible to work with you and the manufacturer of your product to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You may cancel your order at anytime, however, a 25% restocking fee may be applicable.

All electrical parts, ventilation products and custom orders are final sale and not returnable or refundable.

Ernie's TV Sales & Service LTD reserves the right to refuse or accept returns for major appliances purchased in-store or online at our discretion.

All items should be inspected throughly at the time of delivery or pick up.

Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
